My room was spacious. A large balcony was attached. It added a lot to the room. The breakfast was decent. There was an omelette station. The staff was polite.
The pool hours are set, but some guests ignored them. The staff did nothing.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful . The air conditioning worked very well. I could buy bottled water at the reception. I also found some snacks available there. The pool provided a refreshing escape after a day of exploring.
I found that the breakfast selection could benefit from some more variety.

The rooms were nice and provided plenty of sunlight. the staff demonstrated great service. I had an injury on my foot from my tour, and they treated it using disinfectant. there was also a bar and restaurant where i could get drinks and food (i like sweets).
i had to pick my breakfast as part of the check-in. there were only a few options available. it was not ideal since i would have preferred something different.

the staff was friendly and professional (i really appreciated it). they addressed requests efficiently. the staff shaped towels like jellyfish, and the ocean theme continued throughout the hotel, which i found quite charming.
